Thrive in the 05: Dunbar Pavilion
The Dunbar Pavilion holds a deep history within our community. Built decades ago as a segregated school, it has been home to students and teachers, and now stands as a historic cultural hub. The Dunbar Pavilion honors the past, celebrates today, and shapes the future of the African-American community here in Tucson. In connecting with community for our Fall 2022 route, we had the pleasure of learning a bit of that history through conversations with a former student, Barbara Lewis. El Pabellón Dunbar tiene una historia profunda dentro de nuestra comunidad.
